The OC season 3 was premiered on 9-8-2005 with the episode entitled ‘The Aftermath’. In the season 3 opener, we begin with senior year starting in a few days. Seth, summer, Ryan, and Marissa all are preparing for their senior year. Several months have been passed after the shooting. Teens are being pressurized by the cops to admit who shot him and finally Ryan debates taking the blame to save Marissa. Julie and Jimmy are also determined to save Marissa.

Sandy is surprised on Kristen’s behavior that has been released from rehab but instead of informing him she joins another woman named Charlotte. A life-changing decision is made by Ryan and Sandy supports him reluctantly. Ryan, Summer, Seth and Marissa think about what they’d like to do with their lives. Johnny meets with an accident so Marissa visits him to see how he’s doing. Everyone wants Marissa back into Harbor so Ryan, Seth and Summer launch a campaign to get her back. Kristen and Julie are trying to solve their own business related troubles. Ryan decides to help his old friend which causes troubles for him and Sadie. Ryan and Volchok make a deal after fallout at prom. Season 3 finale ‘The Graduates’ was aired on 5018-2006. It’s the graduation day. Ryan, Seth, Marissa and Summer reflect on their past 3 years and discuss all the things that brought them together. Seth is dealing with his own parents and police. Ryan gets a surprise when his mother visits him in Newport and gives him a new car as his graduation present. Marissa will spend a year with her father on boat as her graduation gift. Summer is still going to Brown University. Volchok decides to crash Ryan’s car.

Season’s Top Ranked Episode- The safe Harbor

In order to get Marissa back into Harbor, Ryan, Seth, and Summer launch a campaign. Dr. Kim helps them and so they get the board of trustees to hear the case. Will Marissa be permitted to return for her final semester?
